CORPORATE AND PERSONAL DONATIONS ARE ALLOWED BY LOUISIANA LAW.
Donations are limited to $6,000 per person or separate legal entity. A "person" by Louisiana law is an individual, corporation, political committee, partnership, or an LLC. Husband, wife, corporation, partnership, LLC, etc., are all eligible to donate up to $6,000 each, but separate checks should be used. State law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the names and mailing addresses of individuals who donate $200 or more. Both corporate and personal donations are allowed by Louisiana law. Donations are not tax-deductible.
